Ready for a Break?
The Terrapin Brunch provides an opportunity for all college and university students, and all individuals associated with a college or university, to enjoy a good meal and conversation together. We host this brunch monthly during the fall and spring semesters. Check the Calendar of Events for the next date.

Lutheran Taxi Service
Hope Lutheran Church and Student Center is located on the south edge of campus (just down the hill from Susquehanna Hall). It is directly next to the Catholic Student Center at the corner of Guilford Drive and Knox Road. For students who live on North Campus, it is a 15-20 minute walk to Hope, so Lutheran Campus Ministry provides the Lutheran Taxi Service.

When and where does the Lutheran Taxi Service pick you up? (See the map.)

 Cambridge Community (Centreville, Cumberland, Cambridge, Bel Air, and Chestertown): Meet at the driveway in front of Cambridge at 9:40 am

 Ellicott Community (Ellicott, La Plata, and Hagerstown): Meet at the driveway in front of Ellicott at 9:42 am

Denton Community (Denton, Elkton, and Easton): Meet at the basketball court (behind Easton and next to the day care center) at 9:44 am

 Drop-off after worship: After worship, you will be dropped off at the same location from which you were picked up. Expect to be back at your dorm around 11:30 am (depending on how long students want to stay for coffee hour).

What to look for: Look for a car that has large “Lutheran Taxi Service” magnets on the doors.
